Blanca Beauchamp Director of Human Resources
Blanca Beauchamp was born in Los Angeles, California and has been a native of Naples, Florida since 1986. Blanca graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and earned her MBA in Human Resources from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University.
Blanca has a successful career in customer service leadership roles and human resources management. She has worked in leadership in banking and human resource roles in health care management, customer service and hospitality/resort industries. She is passionate about providing the best experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
"My decision to join the Conditioned Air family was solidified as I was able to naturally align myself to the company's core values especially Integrity and Respect. My role is to ensure current and future employees are able to see themselves in all of core values which in return, will lead them to personal and professional success for themselves and the organization."
Blanca enjoys spending her spare time with her children and husband, Cedric, enjoying the beauty that surrounds us here in Southwest Florida.
Theo Etzel Director
Theo brings decades of experience as a business executive and entrepreneur to Conditioned Air. As our CEO and owner since 1995 and now, more recently, our Chairman of the Board, Theo has helped turn our passion for customer care and quality products and services into a thriving company serving all of SW Florida from Marco Island to Sarasota. Theo transitioned from Chairman of the Board to Director in July of 2021.
Theo Etzel was born and raised in Miami, FL. He graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla. in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from the university’s School of Business. Theo is the author of the book, Invest Your Heartbeats Wisely, (Greenleaf Book Group Press) released in April of 2016. The book focuses on practical, philosophical and principled leadership concepts for business and life. He and his wife, Kim, have been married since 1980 and have two children; a son, Chad, and a daughter, Kristen, who are both married and pursuing their own successful careers.

Greg Johnson Executive Chairman & CEO
Greg Johnson brings to Conditioned Air over 30 years of executive experience in the service industry with proven results. With extensive expertise in long-term organizational strategy, talent development, and acquisitions, Greg is positioning Conditioned Air for continued success as Southwest Florida's leading provider of HVAC services. But when you ask Greg about his accomplishments, he insists that his track record of success would not be possible without the hard work, talent, and dedication of an organization's greatest asset, its employees.
Greg serves Conditioned Air as Executive Chairman, and with any hat he wears, Greg takes a visionary and hands-on approach to leadership in which he is singularly focused on putting the customer first. On any given day, you will find him tirelessly working alongside the management team to move the company toward industry best practices and ultimately, toward fulfilling its mission.
Greg hails from Colorado where he earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University and his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Colorado. He and his wife, Becky, reside in Naples, Florida, and have 2 grown children who live in Florida and California. In addition to spending time with his family, Greg enjoys boating, golfing, and fishing among many other outdoor activities.
Diane Matty Chief Financial Officer
Diane Matty brings over 30 years of executive financial management experience to Conditioned Air. She has expertise in setting corporate direction and building high performance finance departments. Diane is excited to partner with the Conditioned Air team to position the company for continued success as Southwest Florida's leading provider of HVAC services.
Diane started her career with Ernst & Young, and has had leadership positions in banking, manufacturing, and finance companies. While she takes a hands-on approach to her work, she takes pride in balancing attention to detail with the need to keep the big picture first and forefront.
Diane is a born and raised New Yorker. She is a CPA and earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting and her master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. She and her husband, Scott, relocated to Naples, Florida three years ago. They have two grown daughters and a rescue dog, Coco Chanel. In addition to spending time with family, Diane enjoys travel and enjoying all the amenities that living in South Florida has to offer.
Jeffrey Zanella Senior Vice President of Service
Jeffrey L. Zanella was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois. He started his career working for his father's plumbing and heating business. In 1977, he transitioned into the HVAC field and left his father's company. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he started his own business in 1983 and specialized in light commercial and custom residential HVAC.
Jeff is a past member of local 265, a sheet metal workers union. Since 1983, he has held a state certification in air conditioning in Florida and Illinois. From 2001 through 2003, Jeff served on the planning and zoning board in Minooka, Illinois. Jeff has been with Conditioned Air Corporation since he moved to Naples in 2004.
Greg Goins Director of Sales
Greg W. Goins was born in Hammond, Indiana, where he went to high school and attended Indiana University. He has lived and worked around the United States until he moved to Southwest Florida 15 years ago from Chicago.
Greg brings 25+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training and Sales Management from Business, Manufacturing and Banking sectors. He has worked for companies such as Goodman - Daikin Manufacturing, National Vision, Fifth Third Bank and RJR Nabisco, where some of his duties were to develop and train sales teams to maximize sales, to provide high levels of customer service and increase profits.
Some of the title roles Greg has held over the years include Area Sales Manager, Training and Development Manager, Special Accounts Manager, District Manager, Division Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President. Greg was named Director of Sales for Conditioned Air in August of 2020.
Vito DiPalma New Construction Manager
Vito DiPalma is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He started working in the HVAC industry in high school as an air conditioning replacement installer. Vito later graduated from Triton College, where he focused on and studied HVAC. Five years later, he started and successfully ran his own air conditioning company for 10 years.
In 1989, Vito moved to Naples, FL and a few years later, he started with Conditioned Air. Vito is now responsible for 70 + employees, including both field and administrative staff and has been with Conditioned Air over 20 years. Vito's department specializes in Custom New Construction, Retrofits and Commercial HVAC projects.
